01 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bk01 platform and its users. bk01 is an online betting and casino platform in Bangladesh that operates in accordance with SSL encryption and fair play principles.

The key terms used in these conditions are as follows:

• "Platform" refers to bk01's website (bk01.cam), all services, games, betting facilities and all related features.
• "User" refers to any person registered on the platform who meets the required age and conditions.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Registration Process

The user must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. If an account is created with false information, it will be cancelled and any funds in the account may be forfeited.

• Each user may open only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The email address and phone number provided at registration must be genuine and belong to the user.
• The account is for personal use only and may not be made available to third parties.
• Once registration is complete, the user will be considered to have accepted these full terms and conditions.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

bk01 provides services primarily to users in Bangladesh. Using the platform from any country or region where online gaming is illegal is prohibited. bk01 reserves the right to close accounts in the event of a breach of these restrictions.

03 Account Security and Verification

3.1 Password and Account Protection

Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Use a strong and unique password and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bk01 may verify the identity of a user when required. The following documents may be requested:

• Government-issued photo ID (national identity card or passport)
• Proof of address document (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of payment method (bKash, Nagad or Rocket screenshot)

Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete. Providing false information during verification will result in account cancellation.

3.3 Account Transaction Monitoring

We regularly monitor accounts to detect suspicious activity. In cases of unusual activity, bk01 reserves the right to temporarily hold deposits or withdrawals and may request additional information.

04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The following rules apply to depositing funds into bk01:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (applicable to all payment methods)
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly
• Deposits from an account in a third party's name are prohibited

4.2 Withdrawals

The following terms apply to withdrawing winnings:

• Withdrawals generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (25x) before withdrawal
• The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit after the bonus is activated
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and can only be used for playing
• One person, address or payment account cannot receive the welcome bonus more than once

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

Regular users may participate in our VIP program. Weekly cashback is available across four tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades are based on regular and active participation on the platform. The decision on tier assignment is at bk01's discretion.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• bk01 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited

06 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on bk01 are conducted on the basis of fair play. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and verifiable.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game. Bet limits are clearly displayed when selecting a game. bk01 reserves the right to adjust the bet limits of any user to ensure responsible gaming.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a technical error or server issue, bk01 reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the bet amount. bk01 is not liable for any loss caused by software or hardware errors.

6.4 Sports Betting

Additional rules apply to sports betting. If a match is cancelled or specific conditions are not met, the bet will be refunded. bk01's decision on bet acceptance and odds determination is final.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk01 platform:

• Attempting to influence game outcomes using fraudulent techniques or software
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds
• Using or stealing another user's account information
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Placing bets through bots or automated software
• Betting on behalf of a third party or with a third party's funds

08 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

bk01 always strives to ensure uninterrupted and error-free service. However, service may be temporarily disrupted due to system maintenance, technical issues or unforeseen circumstances. bk01 is not liable for any loss in such situations.

8.2 Third-Party Services

Our platform uses third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming) and payment gateways. bk01's liability for any issues with third-party services is limited.

8.3 Risk of Gaming

• If the user fails to cooperate with identity verification
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found

10.2 Closure by the User

Any user may close their account at any time. To do so, please contact our support team. Before the account is closed, the withdrawable balance will be determined in accordance with any existing bonus wagering conditions.
